The feel comes from the micro-adjustability of the ratcheted monomatic closure, not to mention 6 shell sizes. For all you sweaty backcountry types, this helmet has 6 adjustable vents and an anti itch, sweat-absorbing liner. If that's still not cool enough, you can remove the ear flaps.Displaying a soft-touch painted finish with a deep luster, this ski/snowboard helmet features in-mold construction fuses a tough polycarbonate outer shell and an EPS (expanded polystyrene) liner as a single unit, allowing for larger vents and less material. (In-mold helmets are extremely resistant to separation upon impact or crash.) Six adjustable forward vents provide cooling. A monomatic strap closure (like a short inline-skate buckle) allow the fit to be fine-tuned under the chin. The removable, washable liner is anti-itch and absorbs perspiration. Ear flaps are also removable. Goggles can be attached to the helmet. |
